Stop feeding fat pigs ...

If the Exchequer is short of funds it should raise taxes across the board to cover the shortfall, in order that everyone contributes - that's the fair and equitable way!

However, universal benefits are sacrosanct, whereas benefits for the unemployed and so-called incapacitated (lame, cunning and lazy) above average wages are not. Cut unemployment and 'sickness' benefits and raise taxes for all. Isn't there a case that if people are receiving benefits that put them in income tax bands, that they should pay tax on their income?

Use the tax system to address the enormous debt New Labour endowed us, and keep taxes high until the nation's books balance again - it's only fair that we should all pay!

Make universal benefits taxable income; limit unemployment benefits to taxed average income levels; stop being coy about it and just do it!

When the nation's accounts are back in the black reduce taxation accordingly; we cannot afford to carry on living beyond our means.

Mr Cameron, stop being so bleeding heart liberal and making apologies for what needs to be done. Just do what you were elected to do - now!!

Greedy snouts have been in the trough for far too long, no more so than in Health (particularly doctors) Education, Police, Local Government, Civil Service and Parliament, and it's time to stop feeding fat pigs up the rear end.

Time to tighten the belts people! OK?
